Semester I Students (admitted in session 2022-23) are hereby informed that their Calcutta University Online Registration procedure will start as per the schedule given below.The detailed procedure of the same shall also be uploaded on college website under notice board section i.e. https://thebges.edu.in/category/noticeboard/ as per the same schedule as given below.
B.Com. (Honours/ General) & BBA Calcutta University Online registration process will start from 12/10/2022 by 12:30 pm.
B.A. & B.Sc. Semester Wise Generic Elective Subject Selection Procedure will start from 14/10/2022 by 12:00 noon.
B.A. & B.Sc. Calcutta University Online Registration Procedure will start from 17/10/2022 by 12:00 noon.
The above mentioned Calcutta University Registration Procedure will be online and students are not required to visit the college for the same.
The students are advised to read & strictly follow the below given important instructions:
1. Class XII Board Original physical Marksheet – Scan copy of the original marksheet will be required to upload for Online registration process. Please note that the net copy or Digilocker version of your class XII board marksheet will NOT BE ACCEPTED by Calcutta University for the registration process.
2. Incase if you have not received your Original Class XII Board Marksheet yet, you can upload the digilocker/ Internet copy to continue the registration process. It is mandatory to arrange the same by 01/11/2022. A separate notice shall be put up on the college website regarding the submission of the photocopy/ xerox copy of the same.
3. Class XII Board Original physical Migration Certificate – Scan copy of the original migration certificate will be required to upload for Online registration process. This document is only applicable for students coming from the board OTHER THAN CBSE/ ISC/ WBCHSE/ NIOS Board. It is mandatory to submit the physical copy of your Original Migration Certificate to the college.
4. Incase if you have not received your Original Class XII Board Migration certificate yet, you have to arrange the same by 01/11/2022. A separate notice shall be put up on the college website regarding the submission of the same.
5. It is mandatory for the students to access their Institutional Email ID provided by the college as all important information will be sent from college to your institutional Email ID only. You can check the below mentioned link in case if you have not accessed the same yet.
The Admission Procedure is incomplete without doing the Calcutta University On-line Registration Process. If you do not complete Calcutta University registration process, you will not be able to appear for any examinations under Calcutta University.
