I have lost my ID card, how to get Duplicate ID card?
Student needs to login into their college online profile by giving their college UID & password. On the left side of the dash board or screen click “Student Console” and click on “Challan Generation”. Print the lost ID card challan from under “Pending Challan” option. Pay the challan in any branch of Federal Bank, Kolkata.
After making the payment, student needs to contact System Control Room, Room No. 424, 4th Floor to collect their new ID card.
- New ID cards are issued only on Wednesday & Saturday from 10.30 AM to 12.00 Noon (Except holidays).
When & from where can a student get Final Degree certificate?
After successfully completing each of Part I, Part II & Part III examinations, students are awarded with their Degree Certificate issued by the Calcutta University, Degree certificates are issued generally after 18 Months from the completion of final year examination. In order to collect Degree certificate, student needs to carry following documents in original:
- Calcutta University Part III Marksheet.
- Calcutta University Part III Admit Card.
Where can I collect my Calcutta University Admit Card, marksheet?
Student can collect the same from Ground Floor College office, Room No. 20 on any working days between 10.00 AM till 5 PM.
- In order to collect Admit card student must carry their valid ID card issued by college.
- In order to collect Marksheet, student must carry their valid ID card issued by college along with the original Admit card for that particular examination.
How can I get my college related documents attested or Bonafide Certificate?
Bonafide certificate can be availed from Ground Floor College office, Room No. 20. You need to apply for the same to The Teacher in Charge and shall be issued after 2 working days from the date of valid Application. For Bonafine certificate, student needs to carry last fees paid challan along with college ID card.
How can I get my college related documents attested?
You need to submit the documents to be attested along with the originals at the Ground Floor College office, Room No. 20. Your original will be returned back to you immediately after verification and the attested documents will be issued after 2 working days from the date of submission.
How Do I avail a Transfer Certificate?
You need to write an application to The Teacher in Charge stating reasons for the TC and submit the same to Ground Floor College office, Room No. 20. A payment of Rs.210/- needs to be deposited in the Federal Bank, Elgin road. The challan for depositing TC fees is available with the Ground Floor College office, Room No. 20.
TC will be issued after 2 working days from the date of Valid application subject to clearance of all dues, Library Books and payment of TC fees.
