Dr. Dhar, a highly accomplished professional in the fields of computing and analytics, holds a PHD in Business Administration with a specialization in Information Systems from Aligarh Muslim University, showcasing her extensive knowledge and prowess in the subject matter.
During her session, Dr. Dhar enlightened the audience about the societal challenges she encountered while working on UPI, shedding light on the vision of a digital India. She emphasized the significance of digital payments as a crucial component of digital services aimed at promoting financial inclusion. Moreover, Dr. Dhar highlighted the main objective of UPI, which is to simplify payments. She elaborated on the UPI solution, emphasizing its development, implementation, and promotion within India, while highlighting its extensive usage by Indians.
