Objective of the event:
To allow the students to have a comprehensive understanding of the different aspects of the New Criminal Laws in India, 2023. The seminar attempts to enable the students to get engaged in research work and thorough knowledge of the theme which will also help them in understanding their course of study.
Brief description of the event: The Department of Political Science of The Bhawanipur Education Society College organised a Students’ Seminar on ‘NEW CRIMINAL LAWS IN INDIA, 2023’, in room number 530 of the college. Academic papers on diverse aspects related to the broad theme were presented by the first semester students. After each presentation, the teachers of the department shared their observations and valuable suggestions for improvements. The presentations also followed questions from the audiences and each of the presenters were appreciated for their efforts.
Outcome of the event: The event encouraged and inspired the students to take up more such endeavours in future. It successfully imparted a sense of confidence amongst the students.
