A student’s life is encompassed with three things – academics, accomplishments & achievements. As always The Bhawanipur Education Society College gracefully and willingly extends its helping hand for the students to fly high because sky is their limit. Apart from providing education focussing both on learning and leadership, Bhawanipur Education Society College has also created “The Placement Cell” that gives a platform to the students to showcase their versatile abilities which various companies seek to explore.
The Placement Drive was conducted by the campus placement cell being headed by Professor Dilip Shah, the Dean of Student Affairs & Professor Minakshi Chaturvedi in Placement Hall, Dean’s Office and in the Knowledge Resource Centre simultaneously. Their enthusiasm showed up in the number of registration being signed and submitted. At about 97 students registered themselves for the placement drive which took place on 2nd August, 2019 from 9:00 am onwards.
The job scenario, nowadays, is facing the onslaught of ground breaking competition from all fields and getting employment in an organisation of repute has become an appalling task. In regard to the benefit of the students facing the interview blues, Bhawanipur Education Society College has successfully emerged to provide opportunities and employment to its outgoing students. BESC, with the incessant support of the students and staffs strive to reach our goal of 100% placement to the students. The student committee has been able to make an extensive database of all the candidates present there. Initially top 8 companies were invited to take part in the recruitment procedure. The Placement Drive set off with the process of selection. 1st, 2nd,3rd year students along with the M.Com and pass out students also participated in it. A great number of companies, new as well as regular turned up to attend the placement drive. It started with 1) Glam Diva.in (online beauty salon); 2) Abbas Solutions Pvt Ltd ( Nerdy Turtlez, an academic writing company; 3) Reverse Factor ( Health Care); 4) Contour and Catwalk Pvt. Ltd. ( Start-up Apparel brand, yet to be launched in market); 5) Erudite ( Education Sector); 6) Onex Solution Pvt Ltd ( Digital Marketing Company); 7) Vayuseva Tours and Travels Pvt Ltd ( Travel Agent); 8) V4 Telecom ( ITES/BPO captive company).
Students from divergent streams, clothed in formal turned up for the interview. According to the representatives of the Companies, the students seemed to be confident enough to start their new journey as interns or working professional. There was a great deal of enthusiasm among the students who came forward with their queries regarding the authenticity of the companies and the prospective opportunities they would be getting after the placement drive comes to its conclusion. This year’s event came to be a successful one with 58 students being shortlisted for a bright career ahead. With a view to arrange such fruitful placement drives in future, this year’s event ended on a happy note.
