Two recent stamp size colour Photograph.
Valid College ID Card (physical copy).
Black ball point pen.
Students who are in Semester III & having failed paper/(s) of Semester I must bring the followings :
All previous Semester Calcutta University Examination Marksheet (Original & 1 Photocopy) in addition with the documents mentioned in Point no. 2 to 4 above.
