General Attribute Development Programme (G.A.D.P.) was a soft skills development programme launched by the Board of Practical Training (B.O.P.T.) under the Ministry of Education for the benefit of the students of The Bhawanipur Education Society College. The Bhawanipur Education Society College sponsored the training programme.
13 students from the PG ENGLISH and UG SEM 6 (2021) of English Honours attended the course, the duration of which ranged from the 30th of August 2021 to the 6th of September 2021.

The training provided students with a holistic, practical insight to apply the theoretical knowledge practically in the real world, through the process of assessments, mock interviews, and the like. Each student was given a certificate for the programme that would serve as an invaluable tool to gain better employment opportunities based on how each one fared the course.
