Objective of the event: The objective of an Academic quiz is to create a stimulating and educational experience that tests participant’s knowledge, promotes learning, fosters critical thinking, and cultivates a passion for academic pursuits.
Brief description of the event: The Department of Political Science conducted an Academic Quiz for the Semester IV Political Science Honours students of the department on 14th July, 2025. The students were divided into 6 groups and questions were asked based on their academic syllabus. The proceedings of the quiz were conducted by Prof. Dona Ganguly, Assistant Professor, Department of Political Science, Prof. Dhritiman Mukherjee, CWTT, Department of Political Science and Rahul Yadav, PTT, Department of Political Science. Prof. Dona Ganguly explained the parameters of the quiz on which the groups would be judged and awarded scores. Group D scored the highest and was declared the Winner followed by Group A as second .
