Two recent stamp size colour Photograph.
Valid ID Card issued by College.
Black ball point pen.
Regular Students must carry their Calcutta University Semester II Original Marksheet / Photocopy in order to complete the form fill-up process.
Casual students must carry their Calcutta University Semester III Original Marksheet / Photocopy in order to complete the form fill-up process.
