With Covid Around How Should I ‘Live and Let Live’
With Covid Around How Should I ‘Live and Let Live’ – that was the title of a webinar organized by the Department of Mathematics of The Bhawanipur Education Society college on 17th July, 2020, 6:00 PM onwards. The webinar was the need of the day. Dr. Abhijit Chowdhury, a renowned Gastroenterologist and a member of Indian institute of liver and digestive sciences was the solo speaker of this webinar.
He started his lecture with the discussion of the widespread effects of the pandemic caused by Covid-19 on society. He motivated us to maintain covid protocols that is sanitization, wearing masks and keeping physical distance from each other. His advice was not to lose moral courage while maintaining distance.
He added that people should come forward to help other in distress and they should never look down upon the Covid patients in any situation. He further added that we can overcome the pandemic if we are conscious and obey the protocols of Covid-19 without creating any panic in the society.
Several people irrespective of all ages participated in the webinar and asked him their curious questions about the topic and he explained everything nicely. All the participants were highly enriched by this excellent speech and the webinar was a great success.
