Skateboarding at BESC
On June 16, 2023 a Skateboarding event was organized where all the students got an opportunity to try skateboarding on the college turf of the College Campus from 10 a.m. onwards. The Dean of Student Affairs, Prof. Dilip Shah, not only flagged off the event but also tried skateboarding, which was quite inspiring for all the participants present there at the event.
The students organized this event to develop the culture of skateboarding. Although the participants were few, the intent to learn as displayed by the participants was commendable. The spirit of sportsmanship was at its best in the organizing students. They guided the participants throughout the event with all that they had to share. Then the organizing students displayed their skateboarding talent which was a treat to watch.
A vote of thanks was given to the organizing students and the volunteers who made this event possible even in the scorching heat of June!
