This Form Fill-up is applicable for students who got admitted in Academic Year 2017-18 and will be appearing for Semester V Calcutta University Examination, 2019-20. 2. Any previous Semester Mark Sheet will not be distributed on the day of Semester V Calcutta University Examination Form Fill-up.
3. Students must report exactly as per their schedule. No request for the form fill-up will be entertained post completion of form fill-up schedule.
