DOCUMENT REQUIRED FOR RECHECK & SELF-INSPECTION PROCESS:

i.Your Recheck & Self Inspection Application Form printed from Calcutta University website. (The process to generate the Recheck & Self Inspection Application Form will be uploaded by 1:00 PM on 24th August, 2019. )

ii.Calcutta University Part III Examination Mark sheet. (Original & 2 photocopy)

iii. Calcutta University Part III Examination Latest Admit Card. (Original & 2 photocopy)

iv. Calcutta University Registration Certificate. (Original & 2 photocopy)

v. Valid College ID Card.

vi. Fees required for the payment of your Application. The amount will be mentioned in the form.
