DOCUMENT REQUIRED FOR RECHECK & SELF-INSPECTION PROCESS:

i. Your Recheck & Self Inspection Application Form printed from Calcutta University website. 

ii. Calcutta University Semester II Examination Mark sheet. (Original & 2 photocopy)

iii. Calcutta University Semester II Examination Latest Admit Card. (Original & 2 photocopy)

iv. Calcutta University Registration Certificate. (Original & 2 photocopy)

v. Valid College ID Card.

vi. Fees required for the payment of your Application. The amount will be mentioned in the form.
