Last extension date for Part II B.Com, B.A & B.Sc. (Honours & General) Calcutta University Examination Form fill-up

This notice is applicable to B.Com. B.A. & B.Sc. (Honours & General) students who have not done their Part II Calcutta University Examination  Form fill-up in earlier schedules & also for the students who have been cleared  to appear for their Part II Calcutta University Examination post declaration of Recheck & Self Inspection.  

B.Com. B.A. & B.Sc. (Honours & General) students who are due to appear for Part II Calcutta University Examination as a fresh candidate or having any back paper in Part II or repeating Part II and have not done their Part II Calcutta University Examination form fill-up in earlier schedules, are hereby given last chance for filling up the same as per following schedule:

Date of form fill-up : 16 & 17 April 2018

Reporting Time : 12 Noon.

Reporting Venue : System Control Room, Room no. 424, 4th Floor

Students must bring the following documents on the scheduled date of Form fill-up:

1. Any Previous years original Mark sheet issued by Calcutta University
2. 1 recent Stamp Size Photograph. (We will take only if required)
3. Original Duly Paid 2nd  Year Fees Challan (Regular/ Repeater/ Casual as applicable) for the Academic Year 2017-18 .
4. Valid ID Card issued by College.

Before coming to Form fill-up venue, student need to visit Calcutta University Online Form fill-up website and do the process as given in the following Notice.

Students must report exactly as per the given time. No request for the form fill-up will be entertained post completion of form fill-up schedule.
