LAST CHANCE FOR B.COM. SEMESTER V CALCUTTA UNIVERSITY EXAMINATION, 2019 FORM FILL-UP

Students who have missed their B.Com. Semester V Calcutta University Examination, 2019 Form Fill-up are hereby given a last chance to do the same on Tuesday, 3rd December 2019 at 11:00 am in 4A Hall (4 Elgin Road, Ex-Sony World Showroom).

Before coming to Form fill-up venue, students need to visit Calcutta University website for Online Form fill-up Process and fill-up their details and bring print out of the Form of  B.Com. Semester V Calcutta University Examination, 2019. The process for the same is given in below link.

B.Com. Semester V Calcutta University Examination, 2019 On-line Form Generation Procedure

Student must bring the followings:

1. Semester V Calcutta University Examination, 2019 On-line Generated Printed Form from Calcutta University website. Procedure to generate the same is given in above link. (Examination form should be filled up with the Current Date & Full Signature in the required place before submission).
2. Calcutta University Semester IV Examination Mark sheet or Admit Card.
3. Duly Paid Semester V Fees Challan for Academic Year 2019-20.
4. 1 recent Stamp Size Colour Photograph. (We will take only if required)
5. Valid ID Card issued by College.

Please Note:

1. Any previous Semester Mark Sheet will not be distributed on the day of Semester V Calcutta University Examination Form Fill-up.

2. Students must report exactly as per their schedule. No request for the form fill-up will be entertained post completion of form fill-up schedule.
