IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR B.COM/ B.A./ B.SC. SEMESTER IV REGARDING SUMMER INTERNSHIP – CALCUTTA UNIVERSITY EXAMINATION, 2025 FORM FILL-UP (UNDER NEP-CCF SYSTEM)

All B.Com./ B.A./ B.Sc. Semester IV students (under the NEP-CCF system) are advised to carefully go through the following guidelines before submitting the Calcutta University Examination 2025 Semester IV form.

As per the National Education Policy (NEP) adopted by the University of Calcutta:

1. Each student must complete one Summer Internship worth 3 credits as part of the undergraduate curriculum.

2. This 3-credit internship is mandatory and can be completed in any one of the mentioned semesters – Semester II or IV or VI.

3. Students may choose any of these semesters based on their convenience and preparedness to complete the internship requirement.

Instructions for Selecting Internship Option in Semester IV CU Exam Form Fill-Up:

1. If you have selected “Continue with Summer Internship” in your Semester II 2024 exam and have already completed it, you must now select “Continue without Summer Internship” in the Semester IV form. You will NO longer get the option of opting for an internship in either Semester IV or VI.

2. If you have selected “Continue without Summer Internship” in your Semester II 2024 exam and have not yet completed the internship, you may choose to do it in Semester IV or VI:

• To complete it in Semester IV → select “Continue with Summer Internship” in the current exam form i.e., Semester IV Exam Form 2025.
• To opt for Internship in Semester VI (in the year 2026) → select “Continue without Summer Internship” in the current exam form i.e., Semester IV Exam Form 2025.

 

3. If you have selected “Continue with Summer Internship” in Semester II but did not complete it (or were marked absent), select “Continue without Summer Internship” in your Semester IV Exam Form 2025. Such students will not get the option of selecting “Continue with Summer Internship” option and are strongly advised to fill-up the google form given below to inform the college of the same.

4. If you encounter any issue related to the above, please inform us by filling out the Google Form provided below. The below given google form must be submitted only using your Institutional Email ID.
