EXTENSION DATE FOR PART I B.A./ B.SC. CALCUTTA UNIVERSITY EXAMINATION, 2018 FORM FILL-UP

B. A./ B.Sc. Students who have missed their Part-I Calcutta University Examination Form Fill-up schedule, are hereby given an extension date to fill up their Form on Tuesday, 10/07/2018.

Venue for Form Fill-up : System Control Room , Room No. – 424

Reporting Time for Form Fill-up: 11:00 AM

Before coming to Form fill-up venue, student need to visit Calcutta University Online Form fill-up website and fill-up their details as mention in the  process given in the link below. The process will start on 10th July, 2018

Students must bring the following documents on the scheduled date of Form fill-up:

1. Any Previous years original Mark sheet issued by Calcutta University.
2. Original Registration Certificate. 
3. 1 recent Stamp Size Photograph. (We will take only if required)
4. Original Duly Paid 1st Year Fees Challan (Regular/ Repeater/ Casual as applicable) for the Academic Year 2017-18 .
5. Valid ID Card issued by College.
