EXTENSION DATE FOR B.COM./B.A./B.SC. SEMESTER – II (HONOURS/ GENERAL) CALCUTTA UNIVERSITY EXAMINATION, 2019 FORM FILL-UP (UNDER CBCS)

B.Com./B.A./B.Sc. Semester II Students who are due to appear for their Semester II Exam, 2019 and have not done Form Fill-up for the same are hereby given extension date by Calcutta University to fill up their Calcutta University Examination, 2019 Form on Wednesday, 22nd May 2019.

If you fail to do Semester II Form Fill-up for Examination, 2019 then you will not be able to appear for Calcutta University Semester II Examination 2019.

Before coming to Form fill-up venue, student needs to Generate Semester – II Calcutta University Examination, 2019 Form, the On-Line Form Generation Procedure is given in below link.

B.A. & B.Sc. Calcutta University Examination, 2019 Online Form Fill-Up Procedure 

Please Note:

1. Students need to report on Wednesday, 22nd May 2019 at 11:00 a.m. in Valia Hall, Ground Floor.
2. Students must report exactly as per their schedule. No request for the form fill-up will be entertained post completion of form fill-up schedule.

Students must bring the following documents:

Applicable for B.Com/ B.A./ B.Sc. Semester-II students:

1. Students must bring the Calcutta University Semester – II On-line generated printed form (On-Line Form Generation Procedure is given in above link).
2. Calcutta University Registration Certificate or Semester I Mark sheet.
3. Duly Paid fees challan of 1st year for Academic Year 2018-19.
4. 1 recent Stamp Size Colour Photograph. (We will take only if required)
5. Valid ID Card issued by College.

Applicable for B.Com Semester-IV student having fail paper in Semester-II:

1. Students must bring the Calcutta University Semester – II on-line generated printed form (On-Line Form Generation Procedure is given in above link).
2. Semester – II Calcutta University Mark sheet
3. Original Casual Fees Paid Challan for Semester-II
4. 1 recent Stamp Size Colour Photograph. (We will take only if required)
5. Valid ID Card issued by College.
