EXTENSION DATE FOR B.COM. SEMESTER I CALCUTTA UNIVERSITY EXAMINATION, 2019 FORM FILL-UP (UNDER CBCS SYSTEM)

Students who have missed their B.Com. Semester I Calcutta University Examination, 2019 Form Fill-up are hereby given an extension date to do their Form fill-up on Monday, 16th December 2019 in Room No. 426, 4th Floor at 02:30 pm.

Before coming to Form fill-up venue, students need to visit Calcutta University website for Online Form fill-up Process and fill-up their details and bring print out of the Form of  B.Com. Semester I Calcutta University Examination, 2019. The process for the same is given in below link.

B.Com. Semester I Calcutta University Examination, 2019 On-line Form Generation Process

Regular Candidates (admitted in the year 2019-20) must bring the followings:

1. Semester I Calcutta University Examination, 2019-20 On-line Generated Printed Form from Calcutta University website. Procedure to generate the same is given in above link.

You have to put current date & full signature in running handwriting in the respective field in your on-line generated printed Calcutta University Examination form & submit it in Room No 425, 4th Floor (Form Fill-up Venue).

2. Students must bring Calcutta University Registration Certificate.

3. In case of any correction in Student’s Name &/or Father’s Name bring Class 12-board Mark sheet or Admit Card.

4. In case of any correction in Student’s Date Of Birth bring Class 10-Admit Card or Birth Certificate.

5. One recent Stamp Size Photograph. (We will take only if required)

6. Valid ID Card issued by College.

Students having Failed Paper(s)/ Repeater in Semester I must bring the followings:

1. Students having Failed Paper(s) in Semester I must bring Semester I Calcutta University Mark Sheet.
2. Students who have never appeared for Semester I Examination must bring Calcutta University Registration Certificate.
3. Duly paid Casual Fees challan of Semester I for Academic year 2019-20 in addition to the documents mentioned in Point no. 1, 5 & 6 above.

Please Note:

1. Students must report exactly as per their schedule. No request for the form fill-up will be allowed post completion of form fill-up schedule.

2. No Previous Semester Mark Sheet will be distributed to Semester III &/or V students on the day of Form Fill-up.

3. No Calcutta University Registration Certificate will be distributed to Semester I students on the day of Form Fill-up.
