EXTENSION DATE FOR B.COM. (HONS/ GEN) SEMESTER IV CALCUTTA UNIVERSITY EXAMINATION, 2019 FORM FILL-UP (UNDER CBCS)

B.Com. (Hons/ Gen) Semester IV students are given an extension date for Calcutta University Examination, 2019 Form Fill-up. This Form Fill-up is applicable for students who got admitted in Academic Year 2017-18 and will be appearing for Calcutta University Semester IV Examination, 2019.

Reporting Date: Thursday, 6^th June 2019.

Reporting Time & Venue: 12:00 noon in Room No. 430, 4^th Floor.

B.Com. Semester IV Calcutta University Examination, 2019 On-Line Form Generation Procedure

Students must bring the following documents:

1. Students must bring the Calcutta University Semester IV On-line generated printed form (On-Line Form Generation Procedure is given in above link).
2. Any Calcutta University Examination Mark sheet or Admit Card – Original.
3. Duly Paid fees challan of 2^nd year (Semester III & IV) for Academic Year 2018-19.
4. 1 recent Stamp Size Photograph. (We will take only if required)
5. Valid ID Card issued by College.

Please Note:

1.) Before coming to Form fill-up venue, student needs to Generate B.Com. Semester – IV Calcutta University Examination, 2019 Form, the On-Line Form Generation Procedure is given in above link.

2.) Students must be in town on the above mentioned form fill-up dates to report exactly as per their schedule for Form Fill-Up. No request for the same will be entertained post completion of  the schedule, Failing which students will not be eligible to appear for Calcutta University Examination, 2019.
