B.Sc (Hons)


This is a three-year undergraduate course recognised by Calcutta University. Subject combinations on offer include (any two) Mathematics, Electronics, Computer Science, Chemistry . Topics covered in the Honours curriculum include Electrostatics, Wave and Optics, Quantum and Classical Mechanics, Nuclear and Particle Physics, and much more. Course Eligibility

A candidate taking up Honours Course in a subject must have obtained at the previous qualifying examination a minimum of:

50% marks in the aggregate and 45% marks in the Honours or related subject
Or, 55% marks in the Honours or related subject
&, Must have PASS marks in Mathematics and Chemistry.

Please Note: Candidate passed in Business Mathematics is not eligible for Admission.
