CALCUTTA UNIVERSITY REGISTRATION PROCESS FOR SEMESTER I – POST-GRADUATION STUDENTS (BATCH 2024-25) – M.COM./ M.A. (ENGLISH)

M.Com. & M.A. (English) Semester I Students (admitted in session 2024-25) are hereby informed that their Calcutta University Registration procedure has started. The steps to be followed for the said procedure is given in the link below. 

The Calcutta University Registration procedure is divided into two parts and it is mandatory for the students to complete both the parts for successful completion of the said Process.

Part 1 –  Online Registration Process. The last date to complete Online Registration Process is Thursday, 05th December 2024.

Part 2 – Physical verification of documents at the college campus. This process will be held on Friday 06th December 2024 & Monday 09th December 2024 for M.Com. & M.A. respectively as per the schedule given below.

PART  1 – Online Registration Procedure

It is advisable to use a laptop or desktop for this process. The preferred browser is Google Chrome, ideally in Incognito mode. For completion of Part 1 process, student will require scanned copy of the documents as listed below.

1. Original Semester VI Marksheet.
2. Original class X Board Admit card / Birth Certificate issued by Government authority or Municipality.
3. Student’s signature.(Full Signature in running hand. Do not sign in BLOCK LETTERS).
4. Student’s recent passport-size colour photograph.
5. Original University Migration Certificate (NOT APPLICABLE for students registered under Calcutta University).
6. Calcutta University Registration Certificate (Only applicable to students registered with Calcutta University)
7. Original Caste Certificate / PWD certificate / EWS certificate. (as applicable)

PART  2 – Physical verification of Document

Physical verification of documents will be held at the college campus as per the schedule given below. All M.A. & M.Com. students must carry all the Required Documents as mentioned above in ORIGINAL.

Please Note:

1. It is mandatory to complete the Online registration process by 05/12/2024. Any request regarding the completion of above mentioned procedure will NOT be considered after the said last date under any circumstances.

2. Completing the Calcutta University Registration involves both online registration (Part 1) and the physical verification (Part 2) of necessary documents. It is crucial to perform both steps to ensure the successful completion of the registration process. Failure to complete either part will result in an incomplete Calcutta University Registration.
