Semester I Students (admitted in session 2023-24) are hereby informed that their Calcutta University Registration procedure will start as per following schedule. The process to be followed for the said procedure is given in the links below.
The entire process for Calcutta University Registration is divided into two parts. It is mandatory to complete both the parts as mentioned below for successful completion of your Calcutta University Registration Process.
PART 1 – Online Registration Data submission Process.
The last date to complete Online Registration Data submission Process (Part 1) is 10/09/2023.
It is advisable to do the above mentioned procedure using a desktop or Laptop & clear the browser’s history (preferably Google Chrome) before starting the procedure.
For completion of Part 1 process, student will require scanned copy of their original documents as listed below.
Original Class XII Board Marksheet.
Class X Board Admit card / Birth Certificate issued by Government authority or Municipality.
Passport size photo of parents.
Student’s signature
Original Migration Certificate issued from the Board. (Applicable only to the students belonging to boards other than WBHSC, ISC, CBSE, and NIOS).
Caste Certificate / PWD certificate / EWS certificate as applicable (Not Mandatory for all)

To avoid login accessibility issues due to rush, the commencement schedule is given below to complete Part 1 of the process.
B.Com.(Afternoon Section) will start on Tuesday, 05/09/2023, 06:30 pm onwards.
B.Com.(Morning Section) will start on Wednesday, 06/09/2023, 09:00 am onwards.
B.Com.(Evening Section) will start on Wednesday, 06/09/2023, 02:00 pm onwards.
BBA will start on Wednesday, 06/09/2023, 06:00 pm onwards
B.A. & B.Sc. will start on Thursday, 07/09/2023, 05:30 pm onwards
In case you are unable to log in to Campus Login, please retry after 1 or 2 hours. In case of facing any technical issues while completing your Calcutta University Online Data Submission and Confirmation processeven after following the steps mentioned below or if the option does not respond, click on the Google form link given below to inform us of the same.
Upon clicking on the above-mentioned link, provide your 10-digit college UID & click on submit button to know your schedule. Take the screenshot of the screen showing your UID, Name, allotted Date & Time as you are required to show the same at the venue.
For completing Part 2 process, student will require one photocopy each of their original documents as listed below.
Print out of Registration Datasheet generated post doing Part – 1 procedure. The same will be available in your institutional email id. Print it on a single A4 size white paper ensuring it is double side printing (Duplex)

You are required to arrange the documents exactly in the sequence given above and use a bell clip to keep the documents together. Do Not staple the documents.
The Admission Procedure is incomplete without doing both the part as mentioned above i.e. Part 1 and Part 2 of the Calcutta University Registration Process. failing which, you will not be able to appear for any examinations under Calcutta University.
