This form fill-up is applicable for the students who will be appearing for Semester VI (as a whole or having fail paper/s) Calcutta University Examination, 2021. There is no requirement for physical submission of downloaded Calcutta University Examination, 2021 Form. The Google form link to upload the downloaded Examination form is given below.

1. Students who have not appeared for their previous Semester IV Calcutta University Examination as a whole, will have to appear for their Semester IV Calcutta University Examination for the session 2021 before they appear for the next higher even semester examination.
2. The eligibility list is sorted on Calcutta University Roll number. In case if you do not find your name in the checklists given above (B.Com./ B.A./ B.Sc. – as applicable) and if you are eligible, please fill-up the Google Form given below to notify the same. We shall check & revert back within 2 working days from the date of your request.
3. Students will not be able to appear for their Calcutta University Examination, 2021 until they complete the form fill-up procedure as mentioned above.
