B.COM./ B.A./ B.SC. SEMESTER IV CALCUTTA UNIVERSITY EXAMINATION, 2025 FORM FILL-UP (UNDER CBCS SYS.)

B.Com./ B.A./ B.Sc. Semester IV Calcutta University Examination, 2025 Form Fill-up procedure has started for the students who will be appearing for Semester IV (as a whole or having failed paper/s in Semester IV).

The entire procedure is online and the same is given in the link below (link B) which includes the online form generation process from the Calcutta University website and the Form submission procedure on the below mentioned Google form. The last date to complete the procedure is Monday, 14th July 2025.

Before you start the process for the Examination Form Fill-up, you must read the important notes given below.

Important Notes:

1. Students who have not appeared for their previous Semester II Calcutta University Examination as a whole and neither filled up the Examination form for the same, will have to appear for their Semester II Calcutta University Examination for the session 2025 before they appear for Semester IV examination.

2. It is mandatory to be a bonafide student of the College to complete the above mentioned examination form fill-up procedure. To be a bonafide student, please complete the enrolment procedure if not done yet. The link for casual enrolment is given below.

3. If you are facing issues while accessing Calcutta University Form fill-up portal while generating/ submitting your examination form, please retry after 2 or 3 hours to minimize the issues.

In case if you are eligible for Form fill-up and unable to generate your Examination form as well as you do not find your name in the given eligibility list (B.Com./ B.A./ B.Sc. – as applicable), please fill-up the Google Form given in the link below (Google form – 1) to notify the same to us.
