This form fill-up is applicable for the students who will be appearing for Semester II (as a whole or having fail paper/s) Calcutta University Examination, 2021. Online form generation procedure from Calcutta University website is given below.
There is no requirement for physical submission of downloaded Calcutta University Examination, 2021 Form. The Google form link to upload the downloaded Examination form is given below.

1. The eligibility list is sorted on Calcutta University Roll number. In case if you do not find your name in the checklists given above (B.Com./ B.A./ B.Sc. – as applicable) and if you are eligible, please fill-up the Google Form given below to notify the same. We shall check & revert back within 2 working days from the date of your request.
2. Students will not be able to appear for their Calcutta University Examination, 2021 until they complete the form fill-up procedure as mentioned above.
