Before the start of the Examination Form Fill-up process, you must ensure that:

Students must bring the following documents for the form fill-up procedure:
Calcutta University Registration Certificate (Original & 1 photocopy).
All previous semester Original Mark sheet of Calcutta University Examination & one Xerox copy of the same.
2 recent Stamp Size (2×2.5 cm) colour Photograph.
Valid ID Card issued by the College (Physical).
