Semester IV Calcutta University Examination Mark sheet (Original & 1 photocopy) for Regular students only.
2 recent Stamp Size (2×2.5 cm) colour Photograph.
Regular fees paid challan.
Valid ID Card issued by the College.
Semester V – Under CBCS – students students must bring the following documents for the form fill-up procedure:
Semester IV Calcutta University Examination Mark sheet (Original & 1 photocopy) for Regular students only.
Semester V Calcutta University Examination Mark sheet (Original & 1 photocopy) for Casual students only.
2 recent Stamp Size (2×2.5 cm) colour Photograph.
Students needs to pay their fees in cash for the said examination at the time of the form fill-up.
