B.Com./ B.A./ B.Sc./ BBA Semester IV students who have not yet collected their Semester III Calcutta University Examination, 2021 marksheet and College ID Card (physical copy) during the earlier allotted schedule are required to collect the same on Friday, 22nd April 2022 from Valia Hall (Ground floor, college campus)between 02:30 pm to 04:00 pm.
Important Instructions:
1. It is mandatory to wear a mask & follow covid protocol at the venue.
2. It is mandatory to strictly follow the allotted date & time schedule.
3. It is mandatory to be in proper attire as your photograph will be captured for the College ID card (physical copy) and the same shall be issued to you on the spot.
5. It is mandatory to have your Semester III enrolment successfully completed to get your Semester III Marksheet.
6. It is mandatory to show the previously allotted schedule screen at the entrance gate of the distribution venue along with your College Digital ID card. It is recommended that you take a screenshot of the schedule screen. (Screenshot must include Name, UID, CU Roll number, allotted date, time & counter)
7. It is mandatory for students currently in Semester IV to collect the above mentioned documents on the scheduled date & time mentioned above as the college digital Id card will be discontinued from 01st May 2022.
