B.COM./ B.A./ B.SC. SEMESTER I CALCUTTA UNIVERSITY EXAMINATION, 2024 FORM FILL-UP (ADMISSION TAKEN UNDER NEP-CCF SYSTEM)

B.Com./ B.A./ B.Sc. Semester I (under NEP-CCF system) Calcutta University Examination, 2024 Form Fill-up procedure has started. This form fill-up process is applicable for the students taken admission in the academic year 2024-2025 appearing in Semester I for the first time as regular candidate (having successfully completed the Calcutta University Registration process) or having failed paper/s in Semester I.

The entire procedure is online and the same is given in the link below (link – C) which includes the online form generation process from the Calcutta University website and the Form submission procedure on the College website, Campus login. The last date to complete the procedure is Wednesday, 29th January 2025.

Before you start the process for the Examination Form Fill-up, you must read the important notes given below.

Important Notes:

1. It is mandatory for the Semester I students (newly admitted in the Academic session 2024-25) to know their Calcutta University Registration Number, as it will be required for Online form generation from the Calcutta University website (procedure for the same is given below). Upon clicking on the above link provide your 10-digit College UID & click on Submit button to know Calcutta University Registration Number.

2. The eligibility list issued by the University of Calcutta is given in the link below (Link -B). You may search your name with your Calcutta University Registration Number.

3. In case if you are eligible for Form fill-up and unable to generate your Examination form as well as you do not find your name in the eligibility list given in link – B above (B.Com./ B.A./ B.Sc. – as applicable), please fill-up the Google Form given in the link below to notify the same to us. We shall check & revert back to you only if your query is valid.

5. If you are facing issues while accessing Calcutta University Form fill-up portal or Campus login on the College website while generating/ submitting your examination form, then retry the same after 2 or 3 hours. Please follow the form submission schedule properly as given below to minimize issues related to accessing of Campus Login.

6. Casual students (having failed paper/s in semester I) need to upload their examination form generated from Calcutta University website on the google form given below. It is mandatory to complete the casual enrolment process to appear for the examoination. Click here for Casual Enrolment Notice.

Students who are unable to complete their Semester I Calcutta University Examination Form fill-up procedure as mentioned above, can visit to Room No. 430 (4th Floor, college building) from 27/01/2025 to 28/01/2025 between 11:00 am to 01:00 pm for the resolution of the same.

Students who are unable to come to college premises can send an email mentioning the subject line as “Semester I (under CCF) Calcutta University, 2024 Form Fill-up Issue” along with your College 10-digit UID, valid contact number & the exact issue you have faced to scr@thebges.edu.in . It is mandatory to send the email from your Instituitonal Email ID only (format – yourUID@thebges.edu.in). The last date to sent the email is 29/01/2025.

It is mandatory for Semester I students to complete their form fill-up procedure (as mentioned above) in order to appear for their Calcutta University Examination, 2024.

There is no requirement for physical submission of downloaded Calcutta University Examination, 2024 Form. Students are required to upload the on-line generated examination form in Campus Login (for regular students)/ Google Form (for casual students) as mentioned in the link above.
