Dr. Dhar, a highly accomplished professional in the fields of computing and analytics, holds a PHD in Business Administration with a specialization in Information Systems from Aligarh Muslim University, showcasing her extensive knowledge and prowess in the subject matter.
During her session, Dr. Dhar enlightened the audience about the societal challenges she encountered while working on UPI, shedding light on the vision of a digital India.
