CALCUTTA UNIVERSITY ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCESS FOR SEMESTER I STUDENTS ADMITTED IN THE SESSION 2022 – 2023 B.A. (HONS)/ B.SC. (HONS)

B.A. (Hons) & B.Sc. (Hons) Semester I Students (admitted in session 2022-23) are hereby informed that their Calcutta University Online Registration procedure has started. The last date to complete the procedure is Wednesday, 19th October 2022 by 10:00 am. No request for the same will be considered after the said last date. The detailed schedule along with the online registration Process is given below.

This Calcutta University Online Registration Process is only applicable to the students who have completed their Semester Wise Generic Elective Subject Selection Process. The above mentioned Calcutta University Registration Procedure will be online and students are not required to visit the college for the same.

The students are advised to read & strictly follow the below given important instructions: 

1. Class XII Board Original physical Marksheet – Scan copy of the original marksheet will be required to upload for Online registration process. Please note that the net copy or Digilocker version of your class XII board marksheet will NOT BE ACCEPTED by Calcutta University for the registration process.

2. Incase if you have not received your Original Class XII Board Marksheet yet, you can upload the digilocker/ Internet copy to continue the registration process. It is mandatory to arrange the same by 01/11/2022. A separate notice shall be put up on the college website regarding the submission of the photocopy/ xerox copy of the same.

3. Class XII Board Original physical Migration Certificate – Scan copy of the original migration certificate will be required to upload for Online registration process. This document is only applicable for students coming from the board OTHER THAN CBSE/ ISC/ WBCHSE/ NIOS Board. It is mandatory to submit the physical copy of your Original Migration Certificate to the college.

4. Incase if you have not received your Original Class XII Board Migration certificate yet, you have to arrange the same by 01/11/2022. A separate notice shall be put up on the college website regarding the submission of the same.

5. It is mandatory for the students to access their Institutional Email ID provided by the college as all important information will be sent from college to your institutional Email ID only. You can check the below mentioned link in case if you have not accessed the same yet.

6. Incase, if you face any technical issues while completing your Calcutta University On-line Registration Procedure even after following the steps mentioned herein then please retry the procedure after 1 or 2 hours, if the same technical issue persists or the option does not respond, please fill-up the below mentioned google form to inform us the same.

Please ensure that the above-mentioned Google Form is accessible through your Institutional Email ID only. Once you fill-up this form, we shall get back to you for the resolution of the valid issue mentioned by you via call/ email on your registered mobile number/ Institutional Email ID.

7. It is advisable to do the above mentioned procedure using a PC or Laptop & clear the browser’s history (preferably Google Chrome) before starting the procedure.

The Admission Procedure is incomplete without doing the Calcutta University On-line Registration Process. If you do not complete Calcutta University registration process, you will not be able to appear for any examinations under Calcutta University.
