B.Com./ B.A./ B.Sc./ BBA Semester I Students are hereby informed that they have to upload their Class XII Original Board marksheet to the Google form given below, incase they have not uploaded scan copy of their Original Class XII Board Mark Sheet and their Document verification has been done either by the Net copy or Digi locker marksheet. 

Please Note:

1. It is mandatory for you to fill-up the below mentioned Google form latest by 30/09/2022.

2. The below given google form link shall be accessible through your Institutional Email ID only and not through your personal ID. Incase if you have not accessed your Institutional Email ID yet, please access it immediately. Click here for the notice of the same.
