This form fill-up is applicable for the students who are due to appear for Part III Calcutta University Examination as a fresh candidate or having any back paper in Part III or repeating Part III are eligible to fill up their Part III Calcutta University Examination, 2021 Form. Online form generation procedure from Calcutta University website is given below.
There is no requirement for physical submission of downloaded Calcutta University Examination, 2021 Form. The Google form link to upload the downloaded Examination form is given below.

2. The students appearing only for the fail paper/s of Part III examination (as casual/ repeater candidate), must complete the fees payment procedure. Click here for Casual Enrolment Fees Payment.

1. The eligibility list is sorted on Calcutta University Roll number. In case if you do not find your name in the checklists given above (B.Com./ B.A./ B.Sc. – as applicable) and if you are eligible, please fill-up the Google Form given below to notify the same. We shall check & revert back within 2 working days from the date of your request.
2. Students will not be able to appear for their Calcutta University Examination, 2021 until they complete the form fill-up procedure as mentioned above.
