Please Note:

2. Any previous Semester Mark Sheet will not be distributed on the day of Semester V Calcutta University Examination Form Fill-up.

3. Students must report exactly as per their schedule. No request for the form fill-up will be entertained post completion of form fill-up schedule.

Student must bring the followings:

1. Semester V Calcutta University Examination, 2019 On-line Generated Printed Form from Calcutta University website. Procedure to generate the same is given in above link.
2. Calcutta University Semester IV Examination Mark sheet or Admit Card.
3. Duly Paid Semester V Fees Challan for Academic Year 2019-20.
4. 1 recent Stamp Size Colour Photograph. (We will take only if required)
5. Valid ID Card issued by College.
