EXTENSION DATE FOR B.A. & B.SC. SEMESTER III CALCUTTA UNIVERSITY EXAMINATION, 2019 FORM FILL-UP (UNDER CBCS SYSTEM)

Students who have missed their B.A. & B.Sc. Semester III Calcutta University Examination, 2019 Form Fill-up are given an extension date to do their Form fill-up on Tuesday, 26th November, 2019 in System Control Room, (Room No. 424, 4th Floor) at 04:00 pm.

Before coming to Form fill-up venue, students need to visit Calcutta University website for Online Form fill-up Process and fill-up their details and bring print out of the Form of  B.A. & B.Sc. Semester III Calcutta University Examination, 2019. The process for the same is given in below link.

B.A. & B.Sc. Semester III Calcutta University Examination, 2019 On-Line Form Generation Procedure

Students must bring the following documents:

1. Semester III Calcutta University Examination, 2019-20 On-line Generated Printed Form from Calcutta University website. Procedure to generate the same is given in the above link.
2. Semester II Calcutta University Examination, 2018-19 Mark sheet OR Admit Card.
3. Duly Paid Fees challan for Semester III & IV (2nd Year) in the year 2019-20.
4. One recent Stamp Size Photograph. (We will take only if required)
5. Valid ID Card issued by College.

Please Note:

1. Students who have not done their Semester I Calcutta University Examination form fill up in the year 2018-19, will have to do their Semester I Calcutta University Examination Form Fill-up in the year 2019-20 & have appear for the same, instead of Semester III Calcutta University Examination in the year 2019-20.

2. Students must report exactly as per the allotted Date & Time . No request for the form fill-up will be entertained post completion of form fill-up.
