The Bhawanipur Education Society College organised an F1 Seminar on 5th August 2026 at the Society Hall, giving students an opportunity to explore the world of Formula 1 and e-sim racing. The seminar was held from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and witnessed a footfall of around 90 students.

The session was conducted by Ishaan Bhataiya, an expert in the field and a part of the Mumbai Falcons racing team, who introduced students to the different aspects of competitive racing and the opportunities available in the field. He discussed the types of cars and go-karts used in actual competitions, along with the different kinds of simulators used to recreate real racing experiences.

The seminar also focused on e-sim racing competitions held across the world, including the opportunities available to aspiring racers and the scale of prizes involved, with some competitions offering cash prizes of up to ₹1 crore for winners. Ishaan further explained how participants are recruited, where aspiring racers can practise, and the different pathways through which students can explore the field professionally.

The interactive session gave students a chance to ask questions and understand the racing industry beyond what is usually seen on the Formula 1 track. It also highlighted how technology and simulation have created new opportunities for people interested in motorsport.

Adding to the excitement, the session concluded with a promise to bring simulator machines to the college, allowing students to experience e-sim racing first-hand.

The seminar served as an engaging introduction to Formula 1 and e-sim racing, encouraging students to explore an emerging field that combines motorsport, technology, skill, and competition.
