The prominence of Data Analysis in this epoch has fostered the magnanimous usage of analysis tools, for instance, Python, Talend, Hadoop and R to quote a few. Keeping up with the necessity of introducing its faculty members to the state-of-the-art technology, the Department of BBA of The Bhawanipur Education Society College organized a three-day Intra College Workshop on the 7th 8th and 9th of November 2020 from 6pm to 9pm each day running for a combined duration of nine hours on R-Analytics.
The convenor of the Workshop was the Director General of BESC, Dr Suman Kumar Mukerjee.
The workshop was further illuminated by the presence of speaker, Dr Ayan Chattopadhyay, Associate Professor of Marketing at Army Institute of Managemen, and the participants had the honour of having Professor Jayjit Chakraborty, specializing in Marketing Management, as the teacher coordinator of the event.
The Bhawanipur Education Society College under the banner of Yi Bhawanipur Chaupal conducted an industrial visit to Greenply Plywood on the 12th of September. A group of around 38 students visited the factory, accompanied by Prof. Kaushik Chatterjee.
After the successful completion of Be-ites Premier League indoor Cricket Tournament on the astroturf, the college organised BFC i.e. BE-ites Futsal Championship Trophy , a BESC intra college five – o – side indoor football tournament. BFC started on the 4th of April 2016 and continued for 9 days involving 34 teams.
