“Ambition is the first step to success. The second step is action.”
People often believe that one should pursue their interests and eventually turn them into a profession. However, many individuals struggle with understanding ‘how’ to bridge the gap between passion and career. Addressing this crucial concern, The Bhawanipur Education Society College organised Career Café 2025, a two-day initiative designed to guide students in transforming their interests into viable career paths.
Held on November 28 and 29, 2025 from 10 am to 5pm with the stalls at Valia hall and Panel discussions at Society Hall, Career Cafe provided students with an expansive platform to explore diverse fields through direct interaction with professionals and institutions. The event brought together experts from multiple domains, including MBA programmes, Baking, Beauty and Grooming Courses, Web Development, Jewellery Designing, and several others, ensuring that no student’s aspiration was left unexplored. The programme recorded an impressive footfall of over 1,000 students from our college as well as partner schools. All attendees received valuable, personalised career counselling, equipping them with proper guidance and clearer pathways to convert their interests into successful career opportunities. Student engagement remained consistently high throughout the event, thanks to interactive activities such as a career options themed guessing game called Career Bingo, themed quizzes, and insightful sessions by distinguished speakers. Notable among them were Mr. Shakeeb Rehan from Career Launcher and Dr. Ridhi Agarwala from Praxis Business School, whose expertise added immense value to the discussions.
