The Bhawanipur Education Society College organised a Placement Drive on 7th April 2026 at the Concept Hall, offering students a structured platform to interact with recruiters and take a significant step towards their professional aspirations.

The programme commenced with an address by Prof. Dilip Shah, Rector and Dean of Student Affairs, who emphasised the importance of industry exposure in building career readiness and encouraged students to approach the process with confidence and clarity.

The drive witnessed the participation of 12 companies, with 158 students actively engaging in the recruitment process. The event began with Pre-Placement Talks, where recruiters introduced their organisations, outlined job roles, and shared insights into their expectations and selection criteria.

Students then applied for roles based on their interests and eligibility. The selection process was conducted by the respective organisations, leading to the interview stage, where all participants were assessed. At the conclusion of the process, 107 students were shortlisted, marking a strong and encouraging outcome.

Well-organised and purpose-driven, the Placement Drive 2026 reflected the institution’s continued commitment to fostering meaningful industry connections and supporting students in their transition from academics to the professional world.
