The Bhawanipur Education Society College organised The Venture Arc 2026, an inter-college management fest, on 30th July 2026. Designed as a real-world corporate simulation, the event brought together 10 teams from various colleges, including three from BESC, to test their analytical thinking, creativity, leadership, and decision-making skills across different business functions.
Each team comprised five members representing the key roles within an organisation—Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO), and Creative Director (CD). The competition featured five domains: Capital Blueprint (Finance), Market Blitz (Marketing), The Final Cut (Creative Media), The Fireline (Human Resource), and BoardReview (Stress Interview).

The programme commenced at 11:00 a.m. in Jubilee Hall with the Opening Ceremony. Prof. Dilip Shah, Rector and Dean of Student Affairs, welcomed the participants and inaugurated the fest, after which the Badge Ceremony officially marked the beginning of the competitions.
The first round began simultaneously in the Concept Hall with Capital Blueprint, judged by Dr. Sujoy Kumar Dhar, and The Final Cut, judged by Ms. Lunia. While the Finance domain assessed participants on financial analysis and business decision-making, the Creative Media domain challenged teams to develop branding and communication strategies before presenting them to the judge. In Capital Blueprint, BESC Main secured 1st place, followed by BESC OTSE-02 and iLEAD. In The Final Cut, EICASA emerged victorious, while BESC Main and IBM secured 2nd and 3rd positions, respectively.
The Market Blitz domain, judged by Ms. Jagriti Mulchandani, tested participants’ marketing strategies, budgeting, and presentation skills through multiple business scenarios. BESC Main claimed 1st place, followed by Shri Shikshayatan College and BESC OTSE-01.
In The Fireline, judged by Mr. Rohit Bhoot, participants tackled workplace crises by framing HR policies and defending their decisions. BESC Main secured 1st place, while BESC OTSE-02 and Shri Shikshayatan College jointly finished 2nd, and THK Jain College secured 3rd.

The event concluded with BoardReview, a corporate stress interview judged by Mr. Siddharth Malik, where CEOs were assessed on leadership, communication, confidence, and decision-making under pressure. IBM secured 1st place, followed by BESC Main and EICASA.
The Prize Distribution Ceremony brought the day to a close, with Prof. Dilip Shah and the judges felicitating the winners and appreciating the efforts of all participants, organisers, and volunteers. The Bhawanipur Education Society College was declared the Overall Champion, while IBM and EICASA were announced as the Overall Runners-up. More than just a competition, The Venture Arc 2026 provided students with valuable exposure to real-world corporate challenges while strengthening their leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
