The Bhawanipur Education Society College organized an ‘NSS Felicitation Day’ ceremony on 3rd April 2023 at the Concept Hall. The ceremony began with Prof. Gargi speaking about NSS and the significant role it plays in every NSS volunteer’s life. Then a spellbinding performance was staged by Sanskar Keshri, of Crescendo on ‘Ae Watan’.
Moving forward Prof. Dilip Shah, Dean of Student Affairs addressed the students regarding the importance the NSS team holds and felicitated Professor Gargi, Head of the NSS team with an NSS cap for her remarkable guidance throughout the year to the students. The students got certificates for participating in various events like Jal se Jeevan, Connecting Dots, Aarogya Jyoti, Blood Donation Camp, Vama, and so on by volunteering and making a difference in society.
Towards the end of the ceremony, Alka Singh got the special NSS Student of the Year award from Prof. Meenakshi Chaturvedi and shared her valuable thoughts. The ceremony was attended by more than 100 students. The event coordinators Alka Singh, Kripa Sahal, and Nehal Jaloka worked hard to make it a success.
