Mrs. Soma Kar Ghosh elucidated on the role of NALSA and Lok Adalats, emphasizing their significance in resolving disputes and ensuring access to justice. Mr. Saket Chaudhary explored the significance of language in the Indian legal system, highlighting its pivotal role in legal interpretation and clarity. Mrs. Suchana Banerjee provided valuable insights into the writ jurisdiction of the Supreme Court and High Courts of India, discussing the types of writs and their impact on constitutional rights.
