Gujarati Admission

1. Gujarati Students interested in taking admission to our College are requested to fill the online application form (incase not done) available on the College website: www.thebges.edu.in

2. After Online Application & Payment of the application fees, register yourself for Gujarati Quota Admission by logging into your online profile on the College website (Applicants Login). The detailed process is available in BOT as well as on the College website under Admission 2025-26. Gujarati Gujarati Quota Registration option and financial aid form will be available in your Applicant Login from 23rd May 2025, 1:00pm onwards.

3. All Gujarati applicants must complete this process by Thursday, 29th May 2025 regardless of the requirement for Financial Aid.

4. After completing the Gujarati Quota registration, each student must visit the Minority Admission Committee in person, accompanied by their father. Venue: Valia Hall, Ground Floor, 5, Lala Lajpat Rai Sarani, Kolkata – 700020 Date: 1st June 2025 (Sunday) Between 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM Individual applicants will receive the exact time slot for the event on 30th May 2025 by 2:00pm, via SMS or email to their registered phone no./email id.

5. Please carry the following documents at the time of Gujarati Quota Admission:

For all Applicants:

I. Application Form (Printed on A4-size white paper)
II. Original Class XII Board Marksheet, if available, or a net copy printout of the same.

Additional documents required for Applicants seeking Financial Aid:
III. Financial Aid Form (Printed on A4-size white paper)
IV. School Fee Receipt for class XII (in Original)
